Policy

Appointments can be cancelled online up to 24 hrs before your appointment. At this time your deposit can be transferred to another date. If a new appointment is desired a reschedule grace period of 3 days is applied.

*A deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
*Your deposit confirms your appointment- once you request an appointment online you do not need to wait for an appointment acceptance.
*Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred.

Before booking A service appointment:

*Please be sure to book a consultation. Once the consultation is complete- the Professional will schedule the discussed service for you. (Consultations are done in the salon) For those interested in starting locs- please come to your consultation with your hair clean, and not in a protective style- scalp and hair must be analyzed.

10 min grace period. A fee may be added after this time

The full amount of the service is due. All fees must be paid before future appointments can be considered.
